Content Policy

1. Nature of Content

All content generated on HelloCrush, a platform operated by SRE Capital Investments SAS (NIT 901733207) -- including text, images, voice notes, video clips, and the characters themselves -- is entirely fictional and created using artificial intelligence. The characters are digital entities that do not represent, imitate, or are based on real people, living or deceased.

Any resemblance to real people is purely coincidental. HelloCrush does not host or distribute content involving real people without their explicit consent.

The characters are not a substitute for professional help of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If a user expresses thoughts of self-harm or suicide, the character will encourage them to seek help from qualified professionals or local emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.

2. Types of Available Content

Access to different types of content depends on the user's access level (FREE or Subscribed). Plan choice (Single, Duo, Triple, All Access) determines how many characters the user can subscribe to, not which features are available.

The specific features and content included at each access level may change over time. All content, whether included with a subscription or unlocked with credits, is subject to the limits described in Section 3 and is never sexually explicit.

3. Romantic and Suggestive Content

Depending on how each user chooses to interact, a character may act as a friend, a confidant who listens and offers advice, or a romantic partner. Because HelloCrush is intended exclusively for adults (18+), conversations and content may include mature romantic themes. The following is permitted:

• Romantic, affectionate, and flirtatious conversation.
• Suggestive or sensual conversation that does not become sexually explicit.
• Suggestive photos, short videos, and voice notes, such as images of characters in swimwear or lingerie.
• Special content unlocked with credits (for example, special outfits or scenarios, personalized videos, or dedicated voice notes), which is subject to the same limits.

HelloCrush does not offer and will not generate sexually explicit content. This includes explicit sexual descriptions in conversation, nudity, and any depiction of sexual acts in images, video, or audio. Requests for this type of content will be declined, and no subscription, plan, or credit purchase unlocks it.

Use of the platform implies express acceptance of the following conditions:

• The user is over 18 years of age and accesses voluntarily.
• The user is not located in a jurisdiction where access to this type of service is prohibited.
• The user will not share content from the platform with minors or distribute it without appropriate access restrictions.

4. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are prohibited on HelloCrush under any circumstances, and the Service will not generate them. Depending on severity, violations may lead to account suspension or cancellation and, where required, reporting to the competent authorities. Content involving minors always results in immediate account cancellation and reporting:

Subscribed users may share images within the chat as part of their interaction with the AI Companions. By uploading any image to HelloCrush, the user represents and warrants that:

• They are the owner of the image rights or have the necessary authorization to share it.
• The image does not contain minors.
• The image does not contain nudity, sexual content, or depictions of sexual acts.
• The image does not violate any of the prohibited content categories described in the previous section.
• They accept that HelloCrush may review uploaded content to ensure compliance with this policy.

HelloCrush reserves the right to remove any image that violates this policy and to take appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible user's account.

6. Content Moderation

HelloCrush uses the following measures to help enforce this policy:

• Automated filters on image generation: Image generation requests pass through automated content filters designed to block prohibited content.
• Limits built into the characters: The characters are configured to stay within the limits of this policy and to decline requests for prohibited content, including sexually explicit content and any content involving minors.
• User reports: Any user may report inappropriate content through the channels described in Section 8. Reported content may be reviewed by HelloCrush.

No automated system is perfect. If content that violates this policy appears despite these measures, please report it so that appropriate action can be taken. HelloCrush may adjust these measures over time.

7. Ownership of AI-Generated Content

Content generated by HelloCrush's artificial intelligence -- including text, images, audio, and video -- is the property of HelloCrush or its technology providers, as applicable.

The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and enjoy the generated content within the platform. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, reproduce, or distribute the generated content on external platforms.
• Use the content for commercial purposes.
• Sublicense, sell, or transfer the license to third parties.
• Modify or create derivative works from the generated content.

8. Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you find content that you believe violates this Content Policy, we urge you to report it immediately:

• Email: legal@hellocrush.ai -- indicate the type of content, approximate date, and any relevant information.
• Include screenshots or detailed descriptions to help identify the reported content.

All reports are treated confidentially. HelloCrush commits to investigating each report within a maximum period of 72 business hours and to taking the appropriate measures.

9. Consequences of Violating This Policy

Violation of this Content Policy may result in the following consequences, applied at HelloCrush's discretion based on the severity of the infraction:

• Formal warning to the user.
• Temporary or permanent restriction of specific platform features.
• Temporary account suspension without right to a refund for the unconsumed period.
• Permanent and irrevocable account cancellation, without right to a refund of subscriptions, credits, or any other payments made.
• Reporting to competent Colombian and international authorities when the infraction constitutes a possible crime, especially in cases involving content related to minors.
• Civil and/or criminal legal action in accordance with applicable law.
