The platform contains AI-generated conversations and content, including text, images, voice notes, and video clips, that may involve mature romantic and suggestive themes intended for adults. Although HelloCrush does not offer sexually explicit content, these themes are not suitable for minors under any circumstances.

HelloCrush has an absolute and unwavering commitment to the protection of children and adolescents. In this regard:

• We never generate, distribute, or allow content that involves, exploits, or harms minors.
• All AI characters on the platform are fictional and depicted as adults over 18 years of age.
• Any request to generate content involving minors will be automatically rejected by our systems and reported to the authorities.
• We actively cooperate with Colombian and international authorities in investigations related to the protection of minors.
• We periodically review and update our policies and technical safeguards to ensure the highest level of protection.
